Description ofBlack Forest Cottages Wasaga Beach
We are RIGHT ON the soft sandy beach of Georgian Bay with its gentle shallow water and have the provincial park on 2 other sides with hiking and biking trails. Supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, beer and liquor stores, rec centre, fishing charters, canoe rentals, sea-doo rentals, bike rentals, go kart tracks, golf courses, mini golf, paintball, Walmart, Canadian Tire and other hardware stores etc. all within a few minutes drive.
We have 2 and 4 bedroom cottages and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, all with double beds in each bedroom and a pull-out couch or futon in the living room. All have CCTV with DVD players, charcoal BBQ and Sun umbrellas. Since we have several units do not rely on the availability calendar. Contact us for availability and prices. Prices vary by season.

Prices vary by season and by unit. We have 2 & 4 bedroom cottages and 1 & 2 b/r apartments.
For rental periods of less than a week full payment is required as a reservation deposit. For full weeks it is $300 per week per unit. No refund without 90 days written notice of cancellation. With less than 90 days notice we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent for the same period at the same price. Rental is Saturday to Saturday during July and August, 7 nights minimum. Minimum 2 nights at other times.
Please note we do not accept traveller's cheques. We will accept a cheque for a deposit if we RECEIVE it a minimum of 60 days before your check-in date.
