RULES AND CONDITIONS
Arrival is guaranteed for 4 p.m. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact one of our front desk agents to confirm availability. If you plan to arrive late (after 8:30 p.m.) please advise our front desk agents at 819.688.5201 or by e-mail at info@cotenordtremblant.com.
We provide a non-smoking environment in all our chalets. A daily $200 fee will apply if this rule is not respected.
Animals are welcome in some of our chalets for an additional fee of $40 per day up to $200 for the whole stay. All guests must advise our front desk agents in advance when bringing a pet to the resort.
No excessive noise will be tolerated after 11 p.m.
Côte Nord will not provide any financial compensation for loss of service, caused by bad weather, of any satellite dish, telephone, Internet access, electricity or water. In the event that one of these circumstances occurs, we will do everything in our power to restore the situation to normal as quickly as possible.
The client is responsible and aware that any excessive use of water can result in a lack of water for an indeterminate time period.
Côte Nord Tremblant reserves the right to terminate a reservation at anytime should a guest or group of guests not respect the above-mentioned conditions or rules during their stay with us.
Reservation policy
• Deposit of 50% of the total value of the reservation, including taxes, upon reservation
• Full payment upon arrival at Côte Nord
• A minor change in reserved dates may be applied subject to availability
Cancellation policy
• More than 60 days before arrival: $50 administration fee per chalet
• Between 30 and 60 days before arrival: Loss of 25% of the deposit
• Between 15 and 30 days before arrival: Loss of 100% of the deposit
• Between 0 and 14 days before arrival: Loss of 100% of the value of the reservation
Security deposit
All damage, breakage or theft caused by the guest, or his or her associates, to the chalets, furniture, decorations, equipment, structure and other, as well as any additional housekeeping and maintenance fees that are required to restore the original state of the chalet, will be billed to the guest’s credit card. No reimbursement will be issued. Côte Nord Tremblant will bill any outstanding amount, related to services provided or product consumed, not taken care of upon departure of the guest. A written notice of the amount billed to the credit card will be issued to the guest, should any of the above take place, before or after billing.
